UPPER EXTREMITY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Requirements for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or Orthopedic sales role
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Organizational skills for business planning, inventory maximization, and case management
Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
Strong interpersonal skills aligned with relationship building and team focus
Travel requirements: 5%
What you will do as an Upper Extremity Sales Representative
As an Upper Extremity Sales Representative, you will focus on selling and servicing Stryker and Tornier Products. You will be the local expert on all things associated with Hemi, Total, and Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty. You will become an asset to high volume Upper Extremity fellowship trained surgeons whose primary practice emphasis is diagnosing and treating ailments associated with the shoulder and elbow. You will also serve as a reliable guide to surgeons from other subspecialties who focus on other anatomy, but also treat conditions of the shoulder and elbow within the overall scope of their practice.

We are seeking a Sales Representative willing to invest the time, effort and energy to become the superior resource within the Pensacola Upper Extremity market. The Pensacola territory currently generates approximately $1.6M in sales revenue, with extremely attractive growth opportunities available. Pensacola has a large catchment area in the Medical Device market, yet still maintains a smaller town feel.
