JOINT REPLACEMENT SALES MANAGER

Requirements for this position includes:
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years experience in a joint replacement or full line sales role
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Organizational skills for business planning, territory management, and quota achievement
Strong interpersonal skills aligned with relationship building, leadership, and team focus
Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required
Moderate proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Systems
Travel requirements: 40%

What you will do as a Joint Replacement Sales Manager
As a Joint Replacement Sales Manager, you work with a high degree of service, reliability and commitment to sell Stryker Joint Replacement products that meet our customers’ needs. You are responsible for becoming the Joint Replacement team leader as you work with a sophisticated audience of sales representatives, support personnel, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. You are driven to increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies. You are responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the Joint Replacement sales and support personnel. This role requires a seamless working relationship with Stryker corporate partners in the Joint Replacement and Mako business units. This Joint Replacement Sales Manager position has an attached annual quota and growth expectations.
