What you will do as a Joint Replacement Mako Associate
In this role, you will be a product expert for Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Technology. The Mako System enables surgeons to have a more predictable surgical experience when performing joint replacement surgery, but before they can use the technology, they need you. The success of the partnership will depend on your strong communication skills. You will be helping surgeons integrate this novel technology into their operating rooms, and they will look to you for product support and assistance pre, during, and post-surgery. In addition to providing ongoing education, you will be a crucial conduit to our Stryker engineers for feedback on product design. Additional tasks include creating case reports, obtaining purchase orders, inventory management, and assisting the sales and marketing teams in their efforts to achieve sales growth.
