The Role:

When someone suffers a traumatic orthopedic injury, seconds count and outcomes matter. That’s where you come in by supporting our customers in delivering exceptional care with products you believe in. As an Orthopaedic Support Specialist in our Orthopaedic Trauma division, you’ll be the trusted expert that surgeons and hospital teams rely on both in the operating room and beyond. You’ll bring energy, grit, and a deep sense of ownership to help our customers deliver life-changing care.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coaching surgical teams through real time use of our trauma portfolio

• Building strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff

• Managing a dynamic sales territory and exceeding ambitious performance goals

• Continuously learning and adapting in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape
